This campaign is open to Teachers globally. Teachers must be teaching currently at a registered school or college to be eligible for a Respiray unit. To receive a Respiray unit, you must register with this form and get validated by our team. Validation will be done via a 2-5 min video conference via Whatsapp/ Zoom/ Google Meets. You must have a decent internet connection to complete the video verification process. Please ensure you have your government-issued ID & Teacher Credentials ready for review at the appointed time.
Verification will begin on February 1st 2022 and close on March 1st 2022. You must adhere to your scheduled time or will need to reschedule if there are slots available. Only registered and verified teachers will be randomly selected to get a unit. Completing this process will not guarantee you a Respiray unit as we will be randomly selecting beneficiaries. Shipping to validated and randomly selected teachers will begin on the 15th of March 2022. We will endeavour to complete this round of shipping by July 2022. These terms and conditions will be updated monthly and details sent via email.

The Respiray device is not a medical-grade Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and in circumstances where medical-grade Personal Protective Equipment is required, you should consult a healthcare professional.
HyGear Technologies and its Partners are private companies and are providing the Donated Assets to randomly selected and verified teachers (RECIPIENT) in such capacity and at no charge to the RECIPIENT.
RECIPIENT voluntarily accepts the Donated Assets “As-Is.”
In consideration for accepting the Donated Assets, RECIPIENT agrees to the following waiver of
liability and indemnity provisions:
Receipt of Assets. The RECIPIENT acknowledges receipt of the following assets donated by HyGear Technologies and its Partners to the RECIPIENT.
No Warranties. HyGear Technologies and its Partners, including their officers, employees, and agents, make no representations whatsoever, extend no warranties of any kind, either written, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and assumes no responsibilities whatsoever with respect to design, development, manufacture, or use of the Donated Assets. Furthermore, in no event shall HyGear Technologies and its Partners be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive loss, damage or expenses arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to the recipient's use of the assets or removal of the assets from the premises of HyGear Technologies or its Partners.
Waiver of Liability. RECIPIENT does hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, property damage, any claim in tort, or any other claim, regardless of legal theory, that may hereafter accrue as a result of the use of the Donated Assets. The entire risk as to the performance of the Donated Assets is assumed by the RECIPIENT. In no event shall HyGear Technologies and its Partners or their officers, employees or agents, be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or any other economic or physical loss or damage to any individual regardless of legal theory resulting from use of the Donated Assets. The above limitations on liability apply even though HyGear Technologies and its Partners may have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Indemnification. RECIPIENT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HyGear Technologies and its Partners from any and all claims, liability and damages, arising from the use of the Donated Assets except those arising from the sole negligence or willful misconduct of HyGear Technologies and its Partners.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, DONORS AND THE RECIPIENT HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDS ITS CONTENTS. THE RECIPIENT IS AWARE THAT THIS IS A COMPLETE RELEASE OF LIABILITY OF HYGEAR TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS PARTNERS BY THE RECIPIENT.

HyGear Technologies Ltd (“we” or “HyGear Technologies ”) respects the privacy of individuals (“you”) who visit our website (https://www.myHyGear.com) (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to the data collected by HyGear Technologies , or those working on our behalf, through information you provide or we acquire from authorized and approved third parties. By using or accessing our Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies described in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent to our collection, use and sharing of your information as described herein. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Site. The following are other examples of information which you may provide to HyGear Technologies : records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us. your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes. details of transactions you carry out through our Site and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Site and or Sales Representatives. your search queries on our Site. You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users of the Site or third parties (collectively, “User Content”). Your User Content is posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. HyGear Technologies cannot control the actions of other users of the Site with whom you may choose to share your User Content. The information HyGear Technologies collects automatically is statistical data and may include Personal Information, but we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. We do this because it helps us to improve our Site and to deliver a better and more personalized experience for users like you. By providing us with your email address (including by “following”, “liking” or linking your account to our Site on a third party site or network), you consent to our using the email address to send you Site-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. HyGear Technologies reserves the right, but we have no obligation, to monitor the User Content you post on our Site. We reserve the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if, in our sole opinion, such information or material violates, or may violate, any applicable law or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third party. We also reserve the right to remove information from our Site upon the request of any third party.
